FAQ

The questions we get most often before signing up.

Is the Start plan's bandwidth enough for production?
Yes, for most cases. Start serves dynamic traffic (HTML/JSON) comfortably, and every plan has Cloudflare in front, caching static files and reducing server traffic. If you serve a lot of media or large downloads, we recommend Business, which includes object storage (S3) for files.
Do I get direct access to my database?
From the Business plan up, yes. You get credentials with appropriate permissions to connect your own tools. On Enterprise, access can go over VPN. The Start plan does not include direct database access.
Does SSL cost extra?
No. SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt) are free and auto-renewed on every plan and domain.
How do backups and restores work?
Every plan has daily backups. Retention grows with the plan: 7 days on Start, 14 on Business, 30 on Growth and customizable on Enterprise. From Growth up we run tested restores periodically, to verify the restore actually works and not just that a copy exists. Off-site backup (another machine or region) is available as an add-on.
Can I migrate my existing application?
Yes. Every plan includes initial setup: we provision the server and deploy your application. For large databases or complex architectures, we agree on the migration window beforehand to avoid surprises.
What happens after I subscribe?
Right after payment you land on an onboarding page where you share your domain, repository and app details. Our team reaches out within 1 business day to schedule the setup. We never ask for passwords through forms: credentials are exchanged over a secure channel.
How do I pay? Do you issue invoices?
Subscriptions are billed monthly by credit card, processed by Stripe. You receive an invoice for every charge. If your company needs another payment method, talk to us.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No lock-in. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime; your subscription stays active until the end of the cycle already paid. Enterprise plans may have their own contractual terms.
What's the difference between the Laravel and BI tracks?
The Laravel track is infrastructure to host your application (server, CI/CD, database, queues, observability). The BI Metabase track delivers a managed Metabase instance for data analysis and dashboards. You can subscribe to one or both.
Do you serve companies outside Brazil?
Yes. Prices on this page are in US dollars, and support is available in English and Portuguese. Brazilian companies can subscribe in BRL on the Portuguese version.
